You are cordially invited to attend the Wellington at Preston Meadows Annual Meeting to be held at the Carpenter Recreation Center; 6701 Coit Road; Plano, Texas Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. We’ll meet in the Kitchen on the second floor (take a right when you enter the main doors to take the stairs. At the top of the stairs or from the elevator, the Kitchen is first room on the left). PLEASE return your Proxy form to Spectrum whether or not you plan to attend the meeting so we know in advance whether we have a quorum to actually hold the meeting and avoid the additional expense of re-scheduling a meeting due to lack of participation. You can retrieve your Proxy at the meeting should you wish to vote in person. Refreshments will be provided and representatives from our landscape company will be present with some helpful hints and information.

Location: 6700 block of Magnum between Putnam and Page

There will be a bounce house, slide, green screen photos, music, free food, drinks, ice cream, door prizes as well as other activities for both adults and children. There will also be a visit from the local fire and police departments.

Please bring your folding chairs and come out to meet your neighbors!

The Annual Meeting will be held on March 3, 2023, from 7PM – 8:30PM. 

It will be held at the Carpenter Park Recreation Center, 6701 Coit Road, Plano, TX 75024 in the CAR – Art Room.

The meeting will be held at the home of Ken Bergly,4632 Birkshire Lane, Plano Texas 75024. Please contact me if you would like to attend so we are prepared for adequate seating.

You will receive a copy of the approved budget with your assessment statement within the next 2 weeks.
